Bio
I taught for 30 years in the areas of special education, science education, and professional development. I've taught at the middle and high school levels, and also for the Teach for America Program at Arizona State University. I recently retired from teaching in June, 2010 to persue other interests.
I have a BS in Sociology, a MA in Special Education, and am highly qualified to teach 7-12 General Science, Social Studies, and Biology. My AED certification also includes K-12 Special Education and an ESL endorsement.
I have been working for the New Teacher Center’s e-Mentoring for Student Success Program since 2005 as an e-mentor and more recently as a facilitator and facilitator coordinator.
