Technology Coordinator41 weeks 5 days
Bio
Beginning my teaching career with Montessori pre and elementary students, then public elementary and finally as an administrator with teachers as a Technology Coordinator, my prime educational interest is improving achievement through the use of effective learning theory, technology tools and the relationship of social learning to student achievement. My path has led me to the New Teacher Center, developing and supporting online toolsets that allow mentors to collaborate with beginning teachers, administrators and other mentors.
Currently, I provide development and ongoing support to NTC's synchronous and asynchronous learning and collaborating environments.
I am extremely proud to have been the Project Manager on the team developing this site, continuing my work building and supporting learning communities. Watch for more to come!
