New Teacher Center Community Site Use Guidelines
You must agree to these official guidelines to use the NTC Community site. We expect that your use of this site indicates you have read and agree to these guidelines.

What This Site Is
This is a professional community focused on building a community of practice surrounding teacher and administrator induction. Induction is generally thought of as professional development and support specifically targeting the needs of new teachers and administrators in their first two years of service. This is a place for the sharing of thoughts, ideas and resources, asking questions, and furthering academic achievement by supporting new educators in effective professional practice.

What This Site Is Not
This is not a personal community site, nor does it focus on the many issues surrounding education; our focus is on new teacher and administrator induction and support. This is not a file storage service or a personal social networking site. We will support professional conversations and resource sharing surrounding the induction process.
