Next steps after a professional development

How do you work with your beginning teachers on reflecting about professional development experiences?
We all personalize our experience to suit our needs, come away with resources and ideas that can be shared, and hopefully put something learned into action.
One way to do that might be asking questions like these:
The (insert name) Conference experience met my needs by.........(Name 3 things)
Two resources/ideas that I can share from the Conference experience are....(2 resources/ideas)
Something I took away from the Conference experience and put into action is....(1 action item)
What other next steps have you found help beginning teachers to reflect on new learnings?
