Our New Video!

At our 13th National Symposium last month, we debuted a new video that showcases beginning teachers’ struggles and the impact that mentoring by expert teachers can have on their effectiveness and retention and on student learning. We’ve made this video available on the New Teacher Center YouTube Channel so you can watch it. We encourage you to share it to allow others to hear these new teacher success stories and to advocate for induction in these difficult budgetary times
