Time Magazine - What would improve teacher effectiveness?

TIME Magazine asked 1000 American adults, “What do you think would improve teacher effectiveness the most?” Two responses tied for number one: 30 percent pointed to teacher mentoring as the most promising solution, while another 30 percent believe the solution lies in improving teacher training in universities.
